At the heart of the STROT experience is a deep passion for design that helps you transform the environs of your space into a statement of style. Leading the team of designers is Sidhant, the thirty-year-old third generation of the Lamba family. Drawing from his background he trained at AID Design School in Delhi and followed it with a degree in Business Management from RBS London and honed his skills with short stints at Central Saint Martins, Inchbald and Sotheby’s London. In 2007 he joined the family business, The Continental Group, striking out as an independent designer with his STROT line and also set up STROT, the ultra luxe home store in South Delhi.

Always keen on pushing the creative and technological boundaries, Sidhant leads STROT’s interior design department and specializes in offering customized solutions to suit the client’s personality and their homes beyond the already vast range on display at the showroom.

Sidhant’s love for art and architecture, his penchant for travel and a keen interest in how hotels across the world have been designed have all contributed to creating unique pieces of furniture, be they a chair with fine inlay detailing or a dining table in solid teak or indeed a piece of jeweled furniture incorporating silver and semi precious stones. Sidhant says, “interesting shapes, raw items from nature, inlays - mother of pearl, metals, carvings, inspire me to create and design homes". He loves the concepts of Phillip Stark and Andrew Martin and furniture by designers like Barbara Barry, Adriana Hoyos, Kelly Hoppen.
